Ruth McFarland joined Cision in 1989 as publishing manager. As senior vice president of publishing services she is responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of Cision, proprietary media database. She also has operational responsibility for the production and fulfillment of Cision, software and media directory services. In addition she directs the software client services group at Cision. Prior to joining Cision, Ruth held various management positions in the hospitality and telecommunications industries. She has a degree in business administration from the University of South Florida.
